Our Process

  • Our process starts with getting to know one another. We understand that a decision of this magnitude requires a great deal of trust. The more you know about who we are and how we got here, the better. And vice versa.

  • At this stage, we execute an NDA and learn as much as we can about the business, including key financial details. The more you're able to share, the more seamless this step will be. This evaluation process will show both sides if we are a match.

  • If we can reach an agreement on primary terms, we'll sign an LOI. Once we sign an LOI, we are committed and will do everything we can to close the deal.

  • In this phase we'll perform a deep dive on every aspect of the business. We will ask a lot of questions and are committed to handling this period with the care and attention it deserves.

  • If both sides are ready to move forward post-diligence, we'll sign a purchase agreement and set a closing date.
